REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY 

1. We have a return and exchange policy if the product you receive is damaged and is informed to us with 24 hours of delivery. You can email us at swashstore.com@gmail.com with the order no. or can WhatsApp at +91-8104602011 

2. We will pick up the products, once we receive the products we will dispatch the new one (Subject to availability). If product is not available in stock, once we receive the product, we will check the product and issue you a coupon code of the same product value within 5-7 days of receiving your return. You can shop for that amount anytime in the future.

DEFECTIVE AND DAMAGED ITEMS

All our products are checked before packing. We also pack carefully so that the jewelry does not get damaged while in transit. But in case of very rare instance of items get damaged in transit, please contact us via email swashstore.com@gmail.com or WhatsApp at 

+91-8104602011 within 24 hours. We will help you resolve any issues as quickly as possible by replacing the item, once the faulty item has been returned to us by post. We will dispatch the replacement (Subject to availability).

Cancellation of Order:

  1. To cancel your order, you can contact us at +91-8104602011 (11AM – 8PM) on WhatsApp or email us at swashstore.com@gmail.com within 24 Hrs of the order is placed.
  2. If you had selected Cash on Delivery, there is no amount to be refunded because you haven’t paid for your order. For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or Wallet you will receive refund into the source account within 7-10 days from the time of order cancellation.
  3. To cancel your order you must notify us of your decision by email here using the subject heading ‘Cancellation’ and supplying your order number and address.
