What is our Domestic shipping policy?
We at SwashStore make every effort to deliver products purchased from us in excellent
condition and in the fastest time possible. The estimated delivery time is 3-7 days from the
date of purchase depending upon the location of the delivery.
To take care that your order is delivered on-time, please make sure of the following while
entering your Shipping Address and Phone Number details:

1. Make sure you provide your complete address details with House Number, Floor,
   Street Name and Locality along with a Landmark.
2. Enter correct City, State and Zip/Postal Code details. Orders may get misrouted if
   these details are incorrect.
3. Provide Phone number (preferably mobile) is correct and reachable along with
   alternate number. We may need to call you for delivery related queries.
4. In case of Cash on Delivery orders, please make sure someone is available at the
   shipping address to pay cash by hand in exact change. If you receive a damaged
   parcel, please DO NOT accept it and inform us at +91-8104602011 (11AM – 8PM) on
   WhatsApp or email us at swashstore.com@gmail.com.
   Note: We ensure that all the parcels are perfectly packed with security tapes when
   they are dispatched from our side. However, it goes through a lot of processes at the
   courier company’s end before reaching you. We urge you to not accept any damaged
   shipments, in which case it will be your responsibility if a product is missing. 
   What is Domestic Shipping Charges?
5. Shipping is Flat Rs.70/- for all online paid orders irrespective of how much amount
   of products you bought for.
6. For all the online paid purchases of Rs.700* or more, we will deliver the order to
   your doorstep free of cost. A shipping charge of Rs.70 will be applicable to all
   orders under Rs.700. The shipping charges will remain the same irrespective of

the size of the order. Each order placed can be shipped only to a single shipping
address. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall place
multiple orders.
*Order value is calculated after applying discounts/VAT/GST or any other
applicable charges

3. Shipping is Flat Rs.100/- for all Cash On Delivery orders irrespective of how much
   amount of products you bought for.
4. For all the Cash On Delivery purchases of Rs.1000* or more, we will deliver the
   order to your doorstep free of cost. A shipping charge of Rs.100 will be applicable
   to all orders under Rs.700. The shipping charges will remain the same irrespective
   of the size of the order. Each order placed can be shipped only to a single
   shipping address. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall
   place multiple orders.

5. We use Delhivery, DTDC and Delhivery surface etc. as courier partner for all
   domestic orders.
6. Orders from all over India are processed within 24-48 hours. For orders within
   Mumbai, we deliver in 2-3 working days and rest of India we deliver in 5-7 working
   days.
7. You will be notified when your order is out for delivery in your local area.

What is our International shipping policy?
At this point, SwashStore delivers products only within India.
